LawnChair Theatre is an official 501c3 non-profit organization. We gratefully accept contributions that help us bring Shakespeare to the parks and other performances to our audiences. If you love theatre, we'd be grateful for your charity.

LawnChair shows are open to any and all performers, whether you're a seasoned pro or have never spoken a word of Shakespeare!
What you'll find with LawnChair is a joyful community committed to providing a safe space for its cast, crew, production team and audiences. We want you to feel free to play, learn, and take part in a truly magical experience.

Interested in working behind the scenes? We are always looking for more folks to join our phenomenal crew. They truly are the backbone of each of our productions.
Members of the crew may get to work on sets, costumes, sounds, lighting, props, and more! Then, when the show is up, they- along with the help of the cast- put up, run, and break down the whole show like superheroes.
LawnChair is also proud to offer internship opportunities for high school and college students.
